Committee for synergy in Keihin industrial complex At the Keihin Coastal Industrial Complex, the initiatives of business activity efficiency improvement and energy-saving are being proceeding in individual enterprise level. Further development requires to form the cooperation measures among enterprises from distinct industries. Dai-Ichi High Frequency Co., Ltd. Since Dai-Ichi High Frequency Co., Ltd. (DHF) was founded 60 years ago, it has been carrying out business development focusing on technology with induction hardening deployment. The bending steel pipe design is based on induction-heating that decrease the welding part. Polyethylene lining steel pipe contributes to rationalization and the improve reliability of various plants. According to high frequency hardening of machine parts, such as rolls and gears, thermal spraying has contributed to extension of life-span with high corrosion and wear resistance functions. In recent years, under the slogan of “Aiming at Symbiosis with Environment”, everyone in DHF has been trying their best to put up an united development on various settings applying induction heating. environment-friendly technology. DC Co., LTD. In order to promote constructing an environmentally-sound material cycle society, industrial-wastes and by-products generated from the Kawasaki neighborhoods are mainly recycled into raw materials and cement fuels. Per 1 ton ordinary portland cement production, more than 600kg industrial-wastes and by-products are used effectively as raw materials and fuels, ranking as top cement plant in Japan. Moreover, 6% of CO2 reduction can be performed by industrial-waste recycling. Additionally, we have technically developed a special blended cement, reducing a maximum of 60% CO2 compared to using usual cement. B-01
